About Me

I am a Textiles Artist (occasional educator & writer), who is lucky enough to live in beautiful Cornwall. I make things out of scraps of fabric, torn up pieces of paper, fibres and thread as well as all things that sparkle. My theatre design training taught me many skills and I am still a magpie for all things new.

My work tends to be small scale, for space reasons – though my public art tends to be larger in scale. At the moment I work mainly to commission though I hope to set up online shops soon that will sell smaller products and a range of Limited Edition Prints.

Prices for private clients are available on request and don’t generally include delivery cost as this will vary. If you like something on this site and are interested in commissioning me please get in touch via the contact me form.

Previous commissions have included: needle felted moustaches, fashion doll clothes and other wee beasties, paper or fabric flower, as well as my embroidery and collage work. I can produce my collage pieces (flowers & hearts) in any colour way to fit your requirements. Just remember if you’re looking for something for a special occasion, make sure you give me plenty of time to complete the order, as I never know how busy I’m going to be.

In my spare time apart from enjoying the Cornish countryside, I am a member and co-founder of a group called Material Girls that meet every week at Truro Community Library, to find out more visit their Facebook Page.
